Now, Just A Little Bit About Me . . . I am . . . Just a girl who wanted to create a fun shopping experience for all of those who love and embrace the style of Old Hollywood Glamour and Rock-n-Roll. The Rockit Roost was born out of a passion for the cultures that embrace the style, artwork, music, and cars of the 1920's to the 1970's.

 Although The Rockit Roost covers the many aspects and groups of the different styles that make up the Kustom Kulture lifestyle we are particularly committed to highlighting the timeless designs of the Old Hollywood era. 

After my father passed away in May of 2008, I became more determined than ever to pursue my passions. One of those passions was to own a Retail Boutique as well as an online store that showcased Clothing and Accessories that capture the heart of the Kustom Kulture Lifestyles with some serious Glamour and Sass.

Being a single mother of two children, that seemed like a crazy dream without a money tree growing in the backyard. I am a person that loves a challenge and believes that with God all things are possible. Inspired by my faith, my father's legacy, and a determination that never seems to accept the word, "no". . . I decided to go after my dreams full force.! I have always had a love for the timeless style of beautiful dresses paired with high heeled shoes...Clothes, Shoes, and Accessories that make you stand out in a crowd. 

I truly love the Classic Hotrods and styles of the 1950's . . . a time where the youth of America were determined to leave their mark on the world. The innovation of that time period has always been an inspiration to me. I believe we are in that time again. It's time for those of us that are inspired by that era to leave our legacy. It's time to pursue our passions, and determine that life doesn't lead us around but we take life for a ride.

Without any money to make my dream come true I sat down and in five days produced a business plan. I presented that plan to a couple of investors that believed in my vision...with their faith in me I saw my dream become a reality. You can too! Since opening my store in November of 2008 a lot has taken place.

The Rockit Roost has built a loyal following of fans, friends, and customers. We have created an Annual Kustom Kulture Festival that attracts hundreds of Cars and thousands of spectators. The highlights of the festival are the Pinup Pageant, Live Bands, Local Vendors, and Cars that travel from all over the state. 

The Rockit Roost has grown into a community minded business holding several events throughout the year to include Car Shows, Hotrod sundays, New Years Eve Events, Halloween Events, Burlesque Shows, and many other events throughout the year. This website is a constant work in progress and one that I want to build upon with the involvement of people who share the same passion for life that I do.
